Advice from someone on your side
I left school at 16 and served my time as a joiner. From there I built a construction company that grew to employ more than 50 people, delivering everything from one-off houses to a 298-apartment development.
McKeever Property Partners puts that experience on your side. Most people only buy or renovate a few times in their lives, while builders and sellers do it every day. We level that out.

How quickly will I get my report?
Within 2 working days of the visit or call.
How do I pay?
The fee is paid in full before the appointment. Monthly project monitoring is paid in advance on the 1st of each month.
Can I cancel or rearrange?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations are charged at 50% of the fee. Monthly monitoring can be ended by either side with 30 days' notice.
Is this the same as a survey?
No. Our inspections are visual and non-invasive, and our reports are independent advice, not a RICS survey or valuation. Many clients use us alongside a survey to understand the costs and what to do next.
Which areas do you cover?
Anywhere in the UK and Ireland. Site visits are arranged around your project, and video consultations work wherever you are.
Can you help if I live abroad?
Yes. Video consultations work from any time zone, and we can visit the property for you and report back.
